What does full-spectrum mean? Why is this product full-spectrum and not CBD isolate?
Answer: There are three types of CBD used in products: full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate. Full-spectrum hemp CBD means that the CBD contains all the other cannabinoids found alongside it in the hemp plant. Cannabinoids are closely related botanical compounds found in hemp, including CBD, tiny amounts of THC, flavonoids, and terpenes. Okay, so you know what CBD and THC are, but what about flavonoids and terpenes? Flavonoids are phytonutrients found in most plants, and they’re rich in antioxidants (they’re also what give vegetables and fruits their vibrant colors!). Terpenes are highly aromatic compounds found in plants, including hemp, and they are what give plants their beautiful natural scents.
Broad-spectrum CBD is similar to full-spectrum CBD, but it undergoes an additional round of processing to remove any trace amounts of THC.
CBD isolate is CBD that has been completely isolated from any other compounds in the hemp plant. It’s “pure CBD”. However, CBD isolate may not be as effective because it doesn’t include the other compounds–which are supposed to all work together.
Indica Dreams uses full-spectrum (or “whole-plant”) CBD because it means that you get the full benefits of the hemp plant, and it’s also the least processed type of CBD (more natural!). Plus, any trace amounts of THC are so tiny that they will not have any psychoactive effects, so there’s no need to do a whole other round of processing just to remove it.
What strength should I get? How many gummies should I take?
Answer: The right dosage and strength are different for everybody. The best thing you can do is to be intentional and conscious of how you feel throughout your CBD journey and adjust accordingly. If you’re new to CBD, we recommend you start with one gummy and see how you feel. If you find that you aren’t experiencing any benefits, then next time take two gummies. Will this product make me high? Is this product THC-free?
Answer: No, you will not get high with any Indica Dreams product! Our products may contain very small amounts of THC, as THC is naturally occurring in the hemp plant. It’s kind of like drinking a glass of water with a grain of sugar in it–you wouldn’t be able to notice the sugar, and it’s such a small amount that it won’t significantly affect your body either.

How do I Take the Full-Spectrum Hemp CBD Oil?
First: Decide when to take your CBD daily. Our daytime strain is best for people wanting support for alertness and energy, while our nighttime strain is best for those wanting support for calming down and sleeping.
Second: Easily measure your dose. One full dropper = regular dose. Two full droppers = advanced dose. (*Note: The Sampler Pack bottles are half the size of the regular droppers, so 2 droppers of the sample size equal one full dropper of the 1 oz. bottles.)
